You can delete your Monsters vs Optima account, by LFJ G Studio, whenever you want: right away in the game, or by asking us.
⚠ Deleting your account can't be undone: progress saved on the server, friends and ranking positions can't be recovered.
In the game (instant)
- 1Open Monsters vs Optima with your device connected to the internet.
- 2Tap Options (the gear).
- 3Open the Account tab.
- 4Tap Delete account and confirm.
Without the game (by email)
- 1Email contato@lfjgstudio.com with the subject "Delete account: Monsters vs Optima".
- 2Include your friend code (shown on the game's Social screen) and your display name.
- 3We'll confirm the request and delete the account within 15 days. If we need to confirm the account is yours, we'll ask for one extra step in the game.
What gets deleted
- The account and its link to your device.
- The progress saved on the server.
- Friends, friend requests and clan membership.
- Ranking and leaderboard positions.
- Your matches (League, leaderboards and challenges), shared replays, usage statistics and the messages you sent.
All of this is deleted right away. If you led a clan, leadership passes to another member.
What may remain
- Progress on the device itself stays there for offline play. To erase it too, uninstall the game or clear its data in Android settings.
- Server backups may hold this data until they are replaced by newer ones.
- Purchase records the law requires us to keep, for the legal period. Google Play keeps your purchase history in your Google account.
